Welcome to Wristune ("the App"), a music synchronisation application designed for iPhone and Apple Watch. By downloading, installing, or using Wristune, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of Wristune. Please read them carefully before using the App.

Wristune is a utility application that enables you to:

• Sync music files (MP3, MP4, M4A) from your iPhone to your Apple Watch for offline playback
• Stream audio from third-party sources such as Cloud Drive, Synology Audio Station, or any direct audio URL
• Browse and manage your music library on your Apple Watch
• Play music on your Apple Watch without requiring a connected iPhone during workouts

The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. A physical iPhone paired with an Apple Watch is required for file synchronisation features.

We take your privacy seriously. The following policy applies to all users of Wristune:

Wristune operates entirely on your local devices (iPhone and Apple Watch). All data processing occurs locally with no network calls to our servers.

Wristune allows you to connect to third-party services including, but not limited to, Cloud Drive and Synology Audio Station. When you use these services through Wristune:

• Your use of those services is governed by the respective third-party's terms of service and privacy policy
• Wristune only facilitates the connection; it does not store, modify, or retransmit your third-party credentials or data
• We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party service

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you connect to through Wristune.

All intellectual property rights in Wristune — including but not limited to its source code, interface design, graphics, and branding — are owned by the developer. These rights are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Wristune on your Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

By using Wristune, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Ensure you have the legal right to reproduce, sync, and play the music files you use with the App
• Comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws when using audio content
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the App
• Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality

Wristune is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by the App

Certain features (including file sync) require a physical iPhone paired with an Apple Watch and will not function in the iOS Simulator or without an active pairing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Wristune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or music files
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damage to your device or Apple Watch
• Any issues arising from third-party service connectivity

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of Wristune after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Wristune shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the developer's jurisdiction.
